I'm sharing my thoughts on the customer service provided by Jane since we haven't gone on the trip yet. She kept us informed about a pricing mistake related to the holiday we were looking at. I had no clue about Tourhub before this. I was on the hunt for a tour of the Amalfi Coast, and a quick Google search revealed that Tourhub was offering a trip through the well-known company 'Travelsphere' at a lower price than what I found on their site.

At first, I was a bit worried about booking with Tourhub, so I reached out to Travelsphere directly. I asked them to honor their price match policy and give me the same deal as Tourhub. They replied with, 'We can't price match that. It is the exact same holiday from ourselves, Tour Hub are a valued partner of ours and would be safe to book, please do feel free to book via their website.' So, in the end, Travelsphere gave Tourhub a solid thumbs up!
